Who we are
The ‘Classic Racing Club’ is a community of semi-professional rally drivers (he/she) specialising in classic cars. We take part in historic rallies together and, as an organised team, rise to the challenge of the team classifications on offer.

What we do
As well as the fun and shared enjoyment of classic and modern classic cars, our focus is also on the sporting challenge of achieving the best possible result, both as individual drivers and as part of the team. We want to win, but not at any cost.
How we do it
Depending on the rules for the event in question, we compete with 1–2 teams, each comprising 3–4 cars. The team line-up is based on our drivers’ interest in the rally in question and the performance coefficients from their most recent results.

What this means
This means our teams are suitable for both, experienced rally participants and newcomers, who want not only to compete as an individual entrant but also to be part of a team. In this way, we are building a international network of classic car drivers.
What we want
The members (he/she) of our club come together as a team. The ‘Classic Racing Club’ thus follows in the tradition of the so-called ‘Gentlemen Drivers’, who took part in motorsport as privateers - but now with a common team spirit.

Our mission
We are building on the tradition of the ‘Gentlemen Drivers’ (he/she) from the 1930s and 1940s and bringing them to our days. Having originally competed as individual entrants, we now organise them into flexible teams to take part in rally events.
Teamware for Members

Benefit for Members
We organise the joint interest of individual club members in taking part in specific rally events and use this to form teams for entry into the team classification with the organiser. In this context, we also endeavour to negotiate special terms for group participation.
On request, or where required by the specific demands of particularly challenging rallies, we also organise for a club mechanic to accompany the team to provide on-site technical support. Transport of the vehicles (e.g. to rallies abroad) can also be arranged through the club.
In addition, the team captain – appointed by the club – organises an on-site meeting for the whole team so that everyone can get to know one another and prepare for the special stages (joint study of the road book, or tips and tricks on timekeeping or driving the special stages).
To ensure the best possible preparation, the ‘Classic Racing Club’ also offers special training sessions for beginners and advanced drivers, where participants can practise driving special stages using pressure hoses or light barriers. So, if you’d like to do more than just ‘cruise around’ in your classic car – and add a touch of sportiness to your driving – you’re very welcome to join us.
Benefit for Rally-Events
If you are looking for ambitious yet responsible participants for your rally event, then the ‘Classic Racing Club’ is the perfect choice for you. Our members are committed to the spirit of fair play embodied by the ‘gentleman driver’, with respect for the relevant regulations set out in the event notice and the applicable road traffic rules. There is no place here for irresponsible speeders. We are committed to the tradition of classic cars and the preservation of the associated cultural heritage.
By partnering with the ‘Classic Racing Club’, you’ll gain several enthusiastic participants with very attractive and unique classic and modern classic cars, which are sure to add a special touch to your rally. Save on expensive advertising and come straight to us – we’ll find an arrangement that’s exciting for both sides.
